We furthermore have a vast network of real estate brokers, lawyers, and valuers, which gives us a unique understanding of the present market situation, up-to-date legal understanding, and nation-wide expertise in the various local markets in Norway.
Veridian Analyse AS is approved by the European valuation organisation TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations) as a “Recognised European Valuer (REV)” and by RICS, The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. This imposes strict requirements on our competency, experience, and integrity in our daily operations. We are also Norway’s representative in EVA, the European Valuers’ Alliance, a network consisting of Europe’s leading valuation businesses for commercial real estate.
