• Among other things, we perform analyses of damages that have occurred, along with an assessment of causality and recommendations for remedial measures.
• We perform condition assessments for buildings and develop overviews/floor plans that can serve as a foundation for maintenance planning.
• When a tenant moves out, uncertainties often emerge with regard to the tenant’s compliance with their maintenance duties under the rental agreement. We prepare a complete overview based on prior analyses of the premises in question, listing any non-compliant performance of maintenance as per the duties set out in the rental agreement.
• We also measure buildings and premises to concretely establish their actual dimensions.
